I don't know about you but I have a yen for travel, as Rory Gilmore stated (for you Gilmore Girls fans still sad about the loss)
"I am up to my ears in yen."

I leave the lovely area I call home many times a year to explore other areas of my country, frequent road trips to the USA and sometimes hop on a plane to an exotic far away locale.

However, I do live in a lovely little hamlet and many of you might like to visit. I mean we are host to some of the most amazing wineries (notice how I put wine first), restaurants, antique shops and of course Niagara Falls and all that entails. My favourite town hands down for a relaxing weekend getaway would be Niagara on the Lake.

I don't fancy myself a travel blogger but I do come across some great places and I post about them every so often so, to make it easy for you I am corralling some of these great places on this page and will continue to add to them as I post about them. Forgive me if they tend to lean towards drinking and antiquing. They are my hobbies.
If you are looking for some specific suggestions, send me an email with the contact button in the right sidebar in the "HOME" tab at the top and I will see if I can send you some good recommendations.

The photos will be linked to the post where I originally wrote about the store/restaurant etc. Some info may have changed, please research addresses/store hours prior to visit.
