MARBLE AND BRASS

Today is the day my friends

Maybe you haven't been waiting as long as I have, maybe you just didn't realize you were waiting so long.
Today is the reveal of the long arduous bathroom renovation.
It was worth every moment almost, to get what I am about to show you.
It is us, through and through and matches the tone of our home.

Collected, eclectic, white vintage style.

If you haven't been following along, here are the bathroom posts

Today is picture day only!

edit: DETAILS AND STORIES CAN BE FOUND HERE

I will be back tomorrow with sources and stories. There will be more stories/ before and afters next week sometime, as one story I have been holding onto since Christmas. Trust me it's a doozy, although I'm not sure if it will be nearly as amusing without my action arms and facial expressions. I can do a mean comedy act if I need to and this story needs it.
See, now you're hooked. This is my method of making you return.

Without further adieu,

Our Main Floor Bathroom,
there are a lot of photos i know, it will take a bit to load if you are like me out in the country without the best wireless but, i promise it to be worth it and i just want to share!

Thanks for visiting.

Come back tomorrow for some of the sources and stories i promised

  2. Aaaahhhh!!!! It is absolutely perfect! Down to the last drop! SUPER WELL DONE and wow! I looooove the dark woods and all the brass, plus your signature eclectic style of course :D But some immediate details to mention: LOVE the tile choices. That floor! All of your hardware is to-die-for, so vintage and classy, yet funky and hinting on steampunk. Great tie-in with that lamp :O Eeeee!! Look forward to the tales and the sources, DIY's, etc :D :D Congratulations!

  12. I am seriously obsessed with you whole house. Just ask my husband and kids! I have never found anybody or house that matches my decorating style as much as yours does. I look forward to each and every post. I only wish I lived closer "shop" in your garage.

  17. I've already looked at this room several times and pinned it too! I love the softness of the color palette and those open shelves filled with vintage photographs are wonderful and unexpected! You must be so thrilled with the end result - enjoy!

  18. Loving the brass and I think everything looks fantastic....but one BIG concern. Please tell me you screwed/glued/bolted/attached and securely fastened the wall sconce. If it should fall off while someone was bathing it can't fathom how bad that would be....
